Returns

We want you to order with confidence. Please read the information below before requesting a return.

Return eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Opened, used, fitted, or installed flooring cannot be returned.
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

Return costs

• Returns are subject to a £39.99 collection fee (inc. VAT).
• This fee will be deducted from your refund.
• If you arrange your own return, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after returned goods are received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to be completed.
• Refunds will be made back to the original payment method.

How to start a return

To request a return, please email sales@redhavenflooring.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.

Please inspect your order carefully before installation. Once flooring has been fitted, it cannot be returned or refunded.
